You can choose between a beetroot risotto or a seafood risotto.
Ingredients needed:
Arborio rice
Butter
Olive Oil
Saffron
Salt, pepper
Oregano
(For a seafood risotto) Calamari, Shrimp, Clams
(For a beetroot risotto) Beetroot
1 egg
White vinegar
Optional: Hollandaise Sauce, Tomatoes, Lox, Capers, Prosciutto, or Ham
