Let’s make dinner!

Learn how to professionally prepare and cook risotto and poached eggs from Ervin Doci, professional chef and owner of events and entertainment company Ervins.

You can choose between a beetroot risotto or a seafood risotto.

Ingredients needed:

  • Arborio rice

  • Butter

  • Olive Oil

  • Saffron

  • Salt, pepper

  • Oregano

  • (For a seafood risotto) Calamari, Shrimp, Clams

  • (For a beetroot risotto) Beetroot

  • 1 egg

  • White vinegar

  • Optional: Hollandaise Sauce, Tomatoes, Lox, Capers, Prosciutto, or Ham
