BCSF Village Session
Fruit Carving Like a Pro
12 to 1 PM EST Saturday Aug 8
Join a beginner’s fruit carving class to pick up a fun, delicious, and Instagram-worthy skill! This will be a 1-hour class focused on carving common floral designs into a watermelon, along with other garnishing tricks. The goals by the end of the session are 1.) to have your own beautiful, edible arrangement to share with others and 2.) to develop basic carving skills that will get you started (and hooked) on your own fruit carving journey! There are no requisite skills other than being comfortable with handling sharp knives; high-school age and up recommended. Space is limited to 20 people for this class. Please refer to the checklist for required materials. To contact the host, please email Taka at takayoshi.sugawara@gmail.com
