BCSF Village Sessions

Saturday, August 8th from 11 AM - 7 PM EST

If you’ve ever been to BCSF, you know what the Village is all about! Vendors, artists, and activities line BCSF Main Street and share their talents with participants.
We’re doing something similar this year - of course, like everything else… it’s online.

The Sessions below come free with your registration and are hosted by highly experienced people in each field! We’re so blessed to have so much talent in this community. We have fascinating cultural, informative, and adventurous workshops happening throughout the day on Saturday, August 8th for you to pick and choose from. Attend as many or as few as you want!

So how do I sign up?

It’s as simple as registering officially on the BCSF Registration Page! Go to bcsfusa.org/register and tick the box where it says to sign up for the BCSF Village Sessions. We have a special early bird rate for all of BCSF of ONLY $5 if you sign up by Sunday, August 2nd! You don’t want to pass this up.

Once you register, you’ll receive a special link in your inbox that allows you to see all the offerings and how to sign up for them.

What happens in a Village Session?

Of course it depends on what Village Session you attend! We have a detailed explanation of each Session on the special link page you’ll get when you register. The host will also contact you a few days before the event to inform you of any additional special details. For example, if you sign up for the Fruit Carving class, our host will need you to have a few items on hand in order to fully participate in the session! But other sessions would not have any requirements. This will obviously vary depending on the Session, so please contact us at infobcsf@gmail.com if you have any specific questions about a Session.

You will also need a device that has video capabilities, as we will be using Zoom for our Village Sessions.

Can I invite my friends?

Of course you can! But remember, everyone must be registered through BCSF in order to attend a Village Session, and you also must sign up for the Session itself. The adminstrator present at each session will not allow a non-registered participant into the room.

Some sessions will have a limited number of spots, so sign up early.
